personal information that is provided to us by clients and prospective
clients through our web-site. Access to personal information is
limited to JS employees who require such information to conduct
our business and to provide a high level of service to clients.
JS requires its employees to maintain the confidentiality of clients'
personal information, and employees must follow established procedures
to ensure this confidentiality. Procedural, physical, and electronic
safeguards are all utilized to protect the personal information
of clients.
1. Registration Data and Identifying Information - In order to
access certain areas of the JS web-site, johnsonsterling.com,
JS requires that certain identifying information be submitted
on certain pages on the web-site. This identifying information
may include the clients' user name, screen name, password, and/or
security identification number used to access account information
and other services offered through the JS web-site. This identifying
information and registration data is the property of JSPS and
is subject to and protected by applicable laws.

Personal Information Collected - JS collects personal information
for processing client requests and transactions, for evaluating
investment needs and objectives, and for keeping the client informed
about their account and JS services. This personal information
includes information provided on JS client information forms,
risk questionnaires, and other forms. The referenced personal
information includes but is not limited to name, address, social
security number, occupation, age, assets, income, and information
regarding transactions with JS and our affiliates.

Information Sharing with Affiliates or Nonaffiliated Third Parties
- In the normal course of business, it may become necessary for
JS to share the personal information described above with our
affiliates for business purposes. Our affiliates may be banks,
brokers, insurers, and other financial service companies. In addition,
personal information may be shared with nonaffiliated companies
for the purposes of executing transactions. Companies not affiliated
with JS that may be used for this purpose include mutual fund
companies, securities brokers, and banks. Since JS does not provide
accounting or legal advice, JS may find it necessary to contact
and consult with the client's accountant or attorney to receive
relevant information. Any and all information provided to JS by
the client's accountant or attorney will be kept strictly confidential
and will not be disclosed without the client's consent, unless
required by law. JS will not sell, trade, or disclose identifying
and/or personal information without consent of the respective
client. Information provided to third party affiliates is kept
as minimal as possible to complete the necessary service. Other
than the instances referenced in this paragraph, JS does not share
client information with third parties unless the client grants
permission to do so or unless required by law.
4.
Updating Personal and Registration Information - JS strives to
keep all client registration and personal information accurate
and current. Most client information is contained in account statements
received from JS and from Russell Investment Group. Please review
this information and notify us of any necessary corrections or
